History
Supercombo.gg began as a preservation effort for Shoryuken Forums & Wiki following the Sony acquisition of the EVO & related Shoryuken branding in 2021.
Following the acquisition of Shoryuken the front page news site was taken offline and forums placed into read-only mode. At that time the wiki operated independently under Shiburizu’s administration and remained open to the public. As of October 2021, the team at Shoryuken Wiki rebranded to SuperCombo and Shiburizu acquired the contents of the Forums to migrate them. Today, Supercombo.gg operates under GBL.
