Dreamhack Japan is set to take place from May 13 to 14 at at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Tokyo, Japan. This event will play to host to two legendary celebrations of two equally legendary games in the Japanese FGC. This weekend we’re treated to Cooperation Cup for Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike & VFR Beat-Tribe Cup for Virtua Fighter 5.

First on Saturday we have Cooperation Cup and on Sunday we have VFR Beat-Tribe Cup. If you’re not familiar with the format, both tournaments are 5-on-5 team tournaments. The organizers always release booklets explaining the format & listing the teams, and this year you can grab them both digitally. They are in Japanese, and feature beautiful original artwork!
