European fighting gamers can get in on the competitive season experience – online! 2BeCommUnity has renewed their Challenger League online series for Season 4 with 5 games: Blazblue Centralfiction, Guilty Gear -Strive- & Xrd Rev 2, Tekken 7, and The King of Fighters XV.  Read on for schedule, links and how to participate.

2BCU Challenger League Season 4 format & schedule

2BCU Challenger League is an online tournament season for European players on PC:

  • Open registration online league
  • 4 qualification tournaments, one per game per week
  • A total of 8 players qualify for the play-off stage!

Qualifier tournaments begin on Monday February 21st and run weekly on a fixed day at 7:30 PM Central European Time (GMT +1):

  • Monday: Tekken 7
  • Tuesday: Guilty Gear -Strive-
  • Wednesday: Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2
  • Thursday: The King of Fighters XV
  • Friday: Blazblue Centralfiction

All tournaments are free to enter, double elimination brackets and uses a point scoring system where each tournament winner of the weekly qualifiers advances to a play-off stage, plus 4 qualifying players by points earned over the tournament season. Challenger League Matcherino crowdfunding now available

2BCU’s format will lead up to a championship tournament for each game and the prize pot is building on Matcherino. By simply claiming the coupon codes or taking part in the Sponsor Quests on the platform you can add to the prize pot for free – though you’re certainly welcome to boost the pot with donations.
